Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Cooked idly 4 nos

  • Cumin 1/4 tsp

  • Sesame oil / ghee 5 tsp

  • toor dal 1 tsp

  • pepper 1/4 tsp

  • Curry leaf powder 1 tsp

  • red chilli 1 nos

  • Rosted split gram 1 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • clove 1 nos

  • Neem flour dried powder 1/4 tsp

  • Fenugreek seed 1 pinch

  • Sesame seed fried powder 4 pinch

Directions

  • 01

    Take idly and smach it and add ghee / oil keep aside

  • 02

    Then take all ingradiants roast separately in pan and grind coursely/ fine(for kids) powder.

    Mix it in idly add little more ghee make it like a ball and serve it.
