Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 nos cooked idly


  • 1/4 tsp cumin


  • 5 tsp sesame oil / ghee


  • 1 tsp toor dal


  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • 1 tsp curry leaf powder


  • 1 nos red chilli


  • 1 tsp rosted split gram


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 nos clove


  • 1/4 tsp neem flour dried powder


  • 1 pinch fenugreek seed


  • 4 pinch sesame seed fried powder

Directions

  • Take idly and smach it and add ghee / oil keep aside
  • Then take all ingradiants roast separately in pan and grind coursely/ fine(for kids) powder.
  • Mix it in idly add little more ghee make it like a ball and serve it.
