Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 25 to 30 chocolate biscuits


  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar


  • 1 tablespoon butter


  • 2 tablespoon choco chips


  • 2 tablespoon milk ( or as required )


  • 1 cup cup chocolate syrup ( for coating )


  • 1 Colour full Sprinklers or balls as per choice

Directions

  • Add biscuits , butter and powdered sugar in mixture jar.
  • Grind in to a powder..
  • Take this powder in a big bowl
  • Add milk and choco chips and mix well with fingers. .
  • Make a stiff dough from this mixture. .
  • Roll the balls between gloved hands until smooth and place on a plate. Refrigerate for a 20 minutes .
  •  dip truffles in melted chocolate, coating completely. Lift out truffles with a small fork, letting excess chocolate drip off.
  • Transfer truffles on a plate and again refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Coast with colour full Sprinklers or balls. . serve in paper cups..
