Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 10 boiled colocasia


  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (tomato, onion, capsicum)


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp ajwain


  • 1 tsp Salt


  • 1/2 tsp chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp dhania powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder


  • 3 tsp chili sauce


  • 1/2 TSP CHOPPED CORIANDER

Directions

  • Cut long slices of colocasia.
  • Take a pan and heat oil n add ajwain.
  • Saute chopped vegetables for 5 minutes
  • Add all the spices n mix them with chopped vegetables, keep stirring.
  • Now add all the pieces of colocasia n chilli sauce n mix all the ingredients.
  • Cover the pan n cook for 5 minutes on simmer.
  • Delicious Chilli Arbi Fry is ready to serve with paranthe.
