Cut long slices of colocasia.
Take a pan and heat oil n add ajwain.
Saute chopped vegetables for 5 minutes
Add all the spices n mix them with chopped vegetables, keep stirring.
Now add all the pieces of colocasia n chilli sauce n mix all the ingredients.
Cover the pan n cook for 5 minutes on simmer.
Delicious Chilli Arbi Fry is ready to serve with paranthe.
