Ingredients

  • Rava-1cup

  • Maida-1/2tsp

  • Salt-1tsp

  • Water-1 1/2cup

  • Potatoes -3

  • Chilli powder -1/2tsp

  • Cumin powder-1/2tsp

  • Tamarind -0 size

  • Onion-2

  • Coriander -1cup

  • Mint-1/2cup

  • Ginger-1piece

  • Green chilli-2

  • Lemon-1/2

  • Chat masala-1/2tsp

Directions

    add a mixture of rava and maida in a bowl and mix them with salt and water and mix well

  • 02

    soak them for an hour

  • 03

    take small Pellets and rub them like a chapati and then cut them in a small circle and put them in oil

    Poori is ready

    potatoes should be kept in the oven

    take the boiled potatoes and mash them well and chilly powder and salt with them and mix well

    Cut the chopped onion

    Grind coriander, mint,ginger,tamarind liquid, salt,green chilli, and mix it into the mixture and filter.

    add half a cup of water the mixture and mix well with cumin powder and chili powder and lemon juice

    Pani rasam is ready

    Put the onion,potatoes mixture, and coriander leaves with pani rasam to serve
