  • Rava-1cup

  • Maida-1/2tsp

  • Salt-1tsp

  • Water-1 1/2cup

  • Potatoes -3

  • Chilli powder -1/2tsp

  • Cumin powder-1/2tsp

  • Tamarind -0 size

  • Onion-2

  • Coriander -1cup

  • Mint-1/2cup

  • Ginger-1piece

  • Green chilli-2

  • Lemon-1/2

  • Chat masala-1/2tsp


  • add a mixture of rava and maida in a bowl and mix them with salt and water and mix well
  • soak them for an hour
  • take small Pellets and rub them like a chapati and then cut them in a small circle and put them in oil
  • Poori is ready
  • potatoes should be kept in the oven
  • take the boiled potatoes and mash them well and chilly powder and salt with them and mix well
  • Cut the chopped onion
  • Grind coriander, mint,ginger,tamarind liquid, salt,green chilli, and mix it into the mixture and filter.
  • add half a cup of water the mixture and mix well with cumin powder and chili powder and lemon juice
  • Pani rasam is ready
  • Put the onion,potatoes mixture, and coriander leaves with pani rasam to serve
  • GolGappay is ready to serve
