Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 6 boiled egg


  • 2 onions


  • 1 tomato


  • 1/2 capsicum


  • 1/6 cabbage


  • 4 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 3 tsp green chilli sauce


  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce


  • 2 tsp red chilli sauce


  • 6 tsp water

Directions

  • Cut all the vegetable in square pieces.
  • Now take a frying pan, heat oil and saute onion pieces for 5 mins and then add other vegetable and saute them for more 5 mins.
  • Add all the sauces and spices and mix them with vegetables.
  • Cut each egg in four pieces and add them to pan. Mix them with other ingredients in the pan. We can add water if required.Cook for 3 mins.
  • Chilli Egg Fry is ready relish it hot with parathas.
