6 boiled egg
4 tsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tsp green chilli sauce
1/2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp red chilli sauce
6 tsp water
Cut all the vegetable in square pieces.
Now take a frying pan, heat oil and saute onion pieces for 5 mins and then add other vegetable and saute them for more 5 mins.
Add all the sauces and spices and mix them with vegetables.
Cut each egg in four pieces and add them to pan. Mix them with other ingredients in the pan. We can add water if required.Cook for 3 mins.
Chilli Egg Fry is ready relish it hot with parathas.
