In a small bowl add milk powder, red chilli flax, coconut and 2 teaspoon milk mix well.
Better should be sticky consistency but not runny. .
In a big bowl add refined flour, baking powder. Pinch of salt and mix well..add milk as per need and make smooth better for pakoda.
Take chilli coconut stuffing mixture and stuff the mixturr between 2 biscuits. .
Heat oil in a deep pan.
Add stuffed biscuits in to pakoda better. .
deep fry them till its crisp and golden out side..
Take this pakoda on absorbent paper. then take into serving plate.
Drizzle chocolate sauce on it..and garnish with crumble biscuits and mint leaves. .serve hot.
Serve this assorted chilli chocolate pakoda as a snack or dessert. .
