For cholae muffin:
Add oil . Once hot add ginger garlic paste and saute
Then add onion and tomato saute each well and add half of cholae powder and splash little water and add half other powder to the muffin batter
Then add channa , coriander and lemon juice.
For schezwan noodles :
Add oil once hot add 1/2tsp chopped garlic
Then add schezwan sauce and splash little water on it
Add the boiled noodles,mix well and adjust seasoning then add coriander
For paneer cauliflower muffin :
Add oil once it is medium hot add the curry powder and mix well for a second and add crumbled paneer ,cauliflower,salt ,little pepper and switch off stove
For fried rice :
Add oil
Once hot then add garlic and chopped veggies
After sauteing it add soy sauce and mix well
Now add the cooled rice adjust seasoning with salt and pepper
For mix veg muffin :
U can use any chopped boiled veggies like potato beans carrot corn mushroom ans season

Add oil add the veggies and saute in high flame add salt and pepper
For mac and cheese muffin :
Boil pasta al dente
In pan add oil add ,corn (optionally 1tsp) pasta give it a toss
Once the pasta is warm add the grated cheese mix it well and keep it aside
Adjust seasoning
For the muffin batter :
Sieve flour baking soda and salt in a dry bowl
. In another bowl add melted butter ,butter milk and mix well
Then add one whole egg and whisk till gets blended
Add salt
Now mix the dry and wet ingredients without any lumps
Preheat oven to 180c
Grease the muffin tray with oil fully
For every 3tbsp of batter add 2tbsp of mixes we made (cholae,mix veggie, sweet custard)
For sweet custrard mix :
Dice the bread and add to the batter with sugar vanilla essence and chopped nuts and 1tsp butter
Fill it 3/4th in the muffin tray and bake it for 180c upto 15 to 20mins
Until a knife inserted inside comes clean
As per the mix ratio and quantity you can yield 2muffin of each variety
For muffin without batter and real quick way
Break three eggs into bowl and add salt pepper and some Italian seasoning and whisk well
Add a spoon ful of mix (schezwan noodle,friedrice,mac and cheese)
Now add the egg upto full in these fillings
top all muffins with little butter
also some coriander
Bake it for 15 to 20mins at 180c until knife inserted comes clean
Take the muffin from the tray once cooled to avoid sticking
If you want it real quick use muffin cups
This is just an idea of platter with any leftovers making the job easy for moms
You can make an entire batch of any one r two of these variety
U can add any veggies or even non veg like leftover chicken from any curry .just chop them
U can make it in your way with all your imagination and of course the leftovers :)
