  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • 1 tbsp coffee powder

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1-2 tbsp warm water or as required

  • For Brownie: 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 100 grams butter

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks


  • For Brownie: 1.Preheat oven at 170°C and grease the square tin with some oil or butter and line with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl sift together all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and mix it well.
  • In another bowl take butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and beat for a minute or till its light and fluffy.
  • Next add eggs, one at a time and beat for few seconds after every addition.
  • Now add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in batches and mix till well combined and form a smooth lump free batter.
  • At last add chunks of dark chocolate and mix well.
  • Pour the brownie batter in greased tin and bake at 170°C for 30-35 minutes.
  • Once done check with a help of a toothpick, if it comes out clean the brownie is perfectly baked.
  • For Tiramisu: Beat the cream till stiff peaks are formed.
  • Add sugar and vanilla until combined. Add in the whipped cream and beat again until smooth.
  • Next add coffee concoction and mix well with the whipped cream.
  • Keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • For the layering in a glass make the bottom layer with brownie pieces dipped in sugar syrup or coffee concoction.
  • Next add 3-4 tbsp of whipped cream mixture.
  • You can make as many layers as per the shape of the glass.
  • At last sprinkle some cocoa powder from top & garnish with a mint leaf and Serve Chilled.
