Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 200gr. Paneer

  • 1/2 kg. Spinach only leaves

  • 4-5 green chillies

  • 1 cup chopped coriander

  • 2 red tomatoes roughly chopped

  • 2 onion roughly chopped

  • 1 cup fresh cream

  • 1 tbs red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tbs turmeric powder

  • 1 tbs salt as per test

  • 1 tbs garam masala

  • 2 tbs oil

Directions

    Wash spinach and cut ghe leaves only.

    Heat the pan add 1 tbsp oil Add onion , tomato , corriander ,chilly ,spinach leaves not together add every ingredient one by one sepretly , saute it only 2-3 minute.

    Grind it smoothly

    Again add 2 tbsp oil .heat the oil and add tezpan ,dalchini ,badi ilaychi . after it fried dark brown .remove it from the pan .

    Add smooth pest in remaing oil .saute it for 10 minute .when it colours get change

    Add fresh creame mix it throughout and after 3-4 minute

    add red chilli powder ,turmeric powder ,garam masala ,salt mix it well

    Cut the paneer 2-3 inches and squre shape .we cut it in large but thin . Set paneer properly . mix it in grevy .

    Stir for five minute Haidrabadi paneer is ready to serve it with nan or tanduri roti .it is really heavenly delicious .compair to restorent it is healthy ,pure ,and marvolus....try it ...
