Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Liver 1/2 kg

  • Onion 1

  • Tomato 1

  • Pepper 3 tsp

  • Cumin 1 tsp

  • Fennal 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Chilli powder 1/4 tsp

  • Tumeric 1/4 tsp

  • Garlic 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Grind onion, tomato, garlic, cumin, fennal, jeera, salt and pepper

  • 02

    Heat oil in pan add grinded paste fry it upto it colour change.

  • 03

    Add washed liver, tumeric powder, chilli powder and water cook it.

  • 04

    Ready to serve.
