Firstly add bread slices in the mixer jar and blend it make bread crumbs.
In a mixing bowl add breadcrumbs, all purpose flour, semolina, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
Add curd and knead a smooth dough.
cover with muslin cloth and keep aside for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes again knead it.
In a wok add ghee and heat it up.
Now make peda from the Dough and roll with rolling pin.
Now deep fry it .
Bread bhatura is ready now.
Now we prepare Amritsari chole - chickpeas soak overnight.
In a muslin cloth tie black pepper, cardamom, cinnamom, cloves, bay leaf and make potli.
In a cooker add soaked chickpeas, spices potli, sliced onion, garlic, carrom, teabags, water, baking soda, salt and cover with lid cook until 4 whistles .
when all the pressure release and then cooker open .
Now remove spice potli and tea bags .
In a pan add ghee heat it. add chana masala, coriander powder, black pepper, tomato puree, slit green chillies, ginger, cumin powder cook for 3 - 4 minutes .
Now add boiled chickpeas and cook for 2 minutes more.
Add dry mango powder, garam masala, salt and boil it .
now our Bread bhatura and Amritsari Chole ready for serve enjoy it .
