1 . For potato poriyal
Boiled potato 2
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Curry leaves 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
2. Chappathi
Wheat flour 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Water 3/4 cup
3. Omlet
Egg 1
Salt 1/4 tsp
Onion 1
Oil 1/2 tsp
4. Vermicelli kheer
Roasted vermicelli 1 cup
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Nuts 2 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
5. Sambar
Toor dal 1 cup
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Carrot 1
Potato 1
Garlic 10 pods
Small onion 10
Drumsticks 1

Coconut oil 2 tsp
Mustard, cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Sambar powder 2 tsp
Tamarind extract 30 ml
6. For Rasam
Tomato 1
Coriander, curry leaves 1 tsp
Chilli powder, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic, cumin, pepper crush 1 tsp
Coconut oil 1 tsp
Salt,hing 1/2 tsp
Tamarind extract 50 ml
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Directions
1. Potato poriyal
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds cumin seeds curry leaves, ginger garlic paste
Add chopped potato, salt, chilli powder, little water and saute it for 1 min
For chapathi
In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil mix it
Add water little by little and knead it
Rest it for 10 mins
Roll like round shape and put it in a hot tawa and cook it on both sides
For omlet
In a bowl add egg, salt, chopped onion
Pour it on hot tawa and cook it on both sides for 30 sec
For vermicelli kheer
In a pan add ghee and roast nuts
In a vessel add little water and add roasted vermicelli and cook for 4 min
Add sugar, milk and cook for 2 min
Add roasted nuts with ghee
For sambar
Pressure cook the toor dal with required water
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek, curry leaves
Add onion, garlic, other veggies and saute for 2 min
Add tamarind extract, salt, sambar powder and cook for 5 mins
Add enough water, cooked toor dal, salt abnd and cook for 5 min
Add hing and coriander leaves
For rasam
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds , curry leaves
Add crushed garlic, cumin, pepper
Add chopped tomato and saute it
Add salt, turmeric powder, Chili powder, coriander powder
Add hing, tamarind extract
Add required water and cook for 3 min
Add coriander leaves
In a plate arrange the food bowls
Add rice cup, chapathi, omlet, potato poriyal, vermicelli kheer, sambar, rasam, curd, ghee, paruppu podi
