Dry roast the flour in a Kadai and allow it to cool well.
Chop the nuts into small pieces and dry roast it and set aside.
Take the grated chocolate and butter in a bowl. Take water in a bowl and heat it. Place the chocolate bowl on top of this bowl and mix it well.
Then add the roasted Foxtail millet flour and roasted nuts. Give it a nice mix.
Then pour the mixture in moulds and allow it to set well for 15 mins and then serve.
Allow it to set-in fridge.
