Ingredients

  • Mutton 1/2 kg


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Ginger paste 1 tsp


  • Ginger finelly chopped 1 tsp


  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp


  • Tumeric 1/2 tsp


  • Fennal powder 1 tsp


  • Suger 2 pinch


  • Soya sause 1 tsp


  • Tomato sause 1 tsp


  • Oil 8 tsp/butter


  • Water 1/2 cup


  • Onion paste 4 tsp


  • Tomato paste 2 tsp


  • Garlic 1 tsp finely chopped


  • 10 mint leaf

Directions

  • Add oil in pan fry ginger chopped and paste and mint leaf.
  • Then add garlic fry it for min
  • Then add onion paste fry it upto colour change
  • Then add tomato paste and salt stir it.
  • Add tumeric, fennal powder, chilli powder fry for min and add mutton and water. wait upto it cook well
  • Then add suger, soya sause and tomato sause mix well and stir upto paste stick on mutton. need oil means add more.
  • Ready serve with chapatti, parotta.
