Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 150 gram cream


  • 1/2 cup milk choclate


  • 1/2 cup white choclate


  • 1.5 cup whipped cream


  • 1 tsp rose water


  • 8 gulab jamun


  • 1 tbsp chopped pista


  • 1 rose

Directions

  • Chop both choclates
  • Heat cream in a pan
  • Add both choclates and stir continiously
  • When it melt turn off gas
  • Let it cool in freeze
  • Take whip cream and mix rose water in it
  • And fold it in choclate mix
  • Take glasses and add 1 gulab jamun in each glass
  • Take a piping bag and fill it with creamy choclate mix
  • Pour this upon gulab jamun
  • Top with other gulab jamun
  • Garnish with pista and rose petals
