Ingredients

Serves 2

  • moung dal 1/2 cup

  • Suger 1/2 cup

  • Coconut greeted 2 tsp

  • Milk 1/4 cup

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Venilla extract 2 tsp

  • Ghee 1 tsp

  • Water 1 cup or more to cook mong dal

  • Cashew 1 tsp paste or smazed

Directions

    First Wash and cook mong dal

  • 02

    Heat ghee in pan fry cashew. Then pinch of salt and add dal in it mix well

  • 03

    Then add suger,milk, venilla extract mix well

  • 04

    Then add greeted coconut and turn off stove.

  • 05

    Ready to serve hot or cool. Kids love it when you pack with noon food.
