Ingredients

  • moung dal 1/2 cup


  • Suger 1/2 cup


  • Coconut greeted 2 tsp


  • Milk 1/4 cup


  • Salt 1 pinch


  • Venilla extract 2 tsp


  • Ghee 1 tsp


  • Water 1 cup or more to cook mong dal


  • Cashew 1 tsp paste or smazed

Directions

  • First Wash and cook mong dal
  • Heat ghee in pan fry cashew. Then pinch of salt and add dal in it mix well
  • Then add suger,milk, venilla extract mix well
  • Then add greeted coconut and turn off stove.
  • Ready to serve hot or cool. Kids love it when you pack with noon food.
