Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 Cup Rice


  • 5 Tomatoes


  • 100 Gms Kheema (Minced Mutton)


  • 2 Each in Cardamom, Cinnamon & Clove


  • 2 Onions (Big)


  • 1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste, salt as per need


  • 2 Green chillis


  • 2 Tbsp Chilli powder


  • 2 Tsp Curd


  • 2 Bay leaf, Coriander and mint leaves

Directions

  • 1. Take the tomatoes and make it into a puree
  • 2. Heat oil, add Kheema and saute for 2 mins
  • 3. Add cardamom, cinnamon, clove & green chilli
  • 4. Add onions and saute till golden brown
  • 5. Add salt as per need
  • 6. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, curd one by one
  • 7. Keep it in low flame for 10 mins
  • 8. Add tomato puree
  • 9. Add 1 and 3/4th cup of water
  • 10. Allow it to boil and add rice, coriander, mint leaves and bay leaves
  • 11. Pressure cook for 1 whistle
  • 12. Once the whistle settles down on its own, open the lid and gently fluff the rice. Hot Kheema Tomato Rice is ready.
