1. Take the tomatoes and make it into a puree
2. Heat oil, add Kheema and saute for 2 mins
3. Add cardamom, cinnamon, clove & green chilli
4. Add onions and saute till golden brown
5. Add salt as per need
6. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, curd one by one
7. Keep it in low flame for 10 mins
8. Add tomato puree
9. Add 1 and 3/4th cup of water
10. Allow it to boil and add rice, coriander, mint leaves and bay leaves
11. Pressure cook for 1 whistle
12. Once the whistle settles down on its own, open the lid and gently fluff the rice. Hot Kheema Tomato Rice is ready.
