For pulao.. Heat ghee in a cooker and add jeera as it sputter add bay leaf, red chilli pwd and soya granules stir it for a minute
Add 2 green chilly slited, garam masala and rice
Add 2 cup water and salt to taste and let it simmer till half cook
After that put lid and cook for one whistle
For mint raita.. Whisk curd and add mint paste, black salt and jerra powder and mix it nicely
For chutney.. Grind mint leaves, salt, ginger, green chilly, coriander leaves to a fine paste and add lemon juice and salt to taste chutney is ready
Enjoy the meal.. Soya pulao with mint raita and Chutney
