Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/4 cup powder sugar
  • 1 cup chop choclate
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp coco powder for dusting moulds
  • 1 strawberry for garnish
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  • Melt choclate on double boiler
  • Stir it and add butter in it
  • Then add sugar and mix finely
  • Turn off gas and add eggs one by one
  • Grease moulds and dust coco powder
  • Pour battar in moulds and keep in freeze for 40 min.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 min.at 180 degree in preheated ovan
  • Demould in serving dish and garnish with strawberry
