Ingredients

Serves 2

  • palak 250 gms

  • small onion finely chopped 1 nos

  • butter 1 tsp

  • garlic chopped 2 nos

  • pepper 1 tsp

  • salt to taste 1 tsp

  • heavy cream 3 tsp

Directions

    Add 1 tablespoon of butter into the pan

  • 02

    Add 3 tablespoon of chopped onion, chopped garlic.

  • 03

    Add spinach in to the pan when the onion and garlic starting brown color.

  • 04

    Pore some water , salt, pepper and close the pan with a lid

  • 05

    After 2 mints off the flame and allow the mix to cool,

  • 06

    Transfer the mix into a blender, and blend it well.

  • 07

    Add 3 tablespoon of heavy cream to it and mix well.

  • 08

    For the dressing add some cream, crushed black pepper.

  • 09

    Serve hot
