Mix coco powder in 1/2 cup water
Beat butter and sugar till creamy
After beating few seconds add coco mix
Add eggs one by one
Sieve flour,baking powder
And mix in butter mix add vanilla and orange zest
And fold gently
Grease baking tin and preheat ovan
Pour battar in tin and bake for 25 min.at 180 degree
Let it cool on wire wrack
Take a pan add cream and heat it and add choclate
Stir it continiously
When chiclate melt add butter in it and mix
Cut cake horizontly and add sugar syrup on one piece
Frost with frosting
Cover with other half and civer whole cake with frosting
Now dacorate with wafers,choclate rolls and jems
