Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Plectranthus amboinicus 6 leaf

  • Pepper 3 pinch

  • Hing 3 pinch

  • Gram flour 1 cup

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Chilli powder 2 pinch (optional)

  • Tumeric 1/4 tsp

  • Water 1/4 cup or required

  • Oil 2 cup ( fry)

Directions

    Wash leaf and keep aside to dry it

  • 02

    Take gram flour in bowl add all ingradiants mentioned .

  • 03

    Add little water and mix it bith thick consistancy.

  • 04

    Dip leaf in batter and fry in oil.

  • 05

    Ready to eat as a side dish for rasam rice sambar rice etc.. It good for eve snaks too.
