  • 1.Boiled rice - 2 cup ( take according to your need )

  • 2.Grated Coconut - 1 cup ( take according to your need )

  • 3.Coconut Oil - 3 tablespoon

  • 4.Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon

  • 5.Chana dal - 1 teaspoon

  • 6.Urad dal - 1/2 teaspoon

  • 7.Dried red chillies - 2 nos (if you want it spicy you can use green chillies)

  • 8.Some curry leaves - 1/2 Spring( Use cashews or peanuts according to your need)

  • 9.Salt - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Heat a pan and add 2 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil.when it became hot make the flame into low and add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds to
  • splutter.Then add 1 teaspoon of chana dal along with 1/2 teaspoon of urad dal and satir it.Next we can add the dried red chillies
  • along with somw curry leaves and saute it for a while.Add 1 cup of grated coconut and stir it for a minute.Next add the
  • boiled rice along with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix it gently.cover and cook for 2 minutes.Then open and give it a mix.Finally
  • we can add 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil and off the flame.For better taste serve hot.
