250 gms potatotes boiled n cut into very small pieces
1 tsp amchur powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp garam masala
1 pinch salt as per taste
2 tbsp curd
2 tbsp green chutney
1/2 cups namkeen sev thin one
1/2 cups for green chutney:coriander
1/4 cups peanuts
1 nos onion
6-7 nos green chilli
7-8 nos garlic flakes
1 nos lime juice
1 pinch salt as per taste
1 cups tamarind pulp :tamarind
3/4 cups sugar
Directions
Make 4 pieces from chappaies in triangular shape n deep fry ķęęp āşįdę.
ţāķę poţāţoęş ādd salt red chilli n amchur pow mix well.. Take a piece of fried chappati put aloo over it.. in this way prepare all set them in a serving plate put curd over it then put tamarind pulp green chutney and then sprinkle namkeen sev over it n serve immediately
For chutney: put all in a mixer glass n grind till u get a fine paste
for tamarind pulp :gv one boil to tamarind let it cool remove seed if there grind n strain add sugar n boil it till u gt a thick pulp.
