1. 1 cup semolina
2. 1 Cup curd
3. 1 teaspoon salt
4. ½cup Mexican Salsa sauce
5. 1 tablespoon Eno
6. 1 tablespoon white seesame
7. 1 onion ( long cutting )
8. 1 capsicum ( long cutting )
9. 2 tablespoon ghee
In a bowl add semolina curd and salt mix well .
Add Mexican Salsa sauce mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
IN a steamer add 2 glass water and boil it.
Now grease the dhokla mould with butter.
In a batter add one tablespoon eno and mix it.
pour the batter in the greased mould.
Put the mould in the steamer and steam it for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes check the dhokla with toothpick.
let it cool and cut the square pieces.
In a Pan add Ghee heat it up and white seesame roast slightly.
add long cutting onions and roast slightly.
add capsicum, salt and roast it.
Now add dhokla pieces in Tadka and mix lightly.
Now our Mexican Tadka Dhokla is ready for serve.
