Ingredients

1. 2 Cup semolina
2. 1 cup curd
3. ½ cup water
4. 1 chopped tomato
5. 1 chopped onion
6. 1 chopped Capsicum
7. 1 chopped carrot
8. ½ teaspoon salt
9. 2 chopped green chillies
10. ½ cup ghee for Shallow fry
11. ¼ Cup Sechwan sauce
12. ¼ Cup green chutney
13. ¼ Cup tomato ketchup
Directions
In a bowl add semolina, card and water make a thick better. rest for 15 minutes.
Add salt and green chillies.
Heat the non-stick griddle grease with ghee and pour the better on it.
Now Sprinkle chopped capsicum, onion, tomato and carrot on it and slightly press .
Turn the side and Shallow fry it.
All Uttam ready by same process.
Now on a one piece of uttapam spread Schezwan sauce, second one spread green chutney and third one spread tomato ketchup.
Our Uttam sandwich is ready for serve.
