Melt Ghee in a pan. Add buckwheat flour
Roast flour until aromatic over low medium heat
Add dark chocolate pieces and stir
Add powdered sugar. Since I love dark chocolate flavour, i added less sugar. Adjust sugar as per sweetness desired
Stir mixture continuously until dark chocolate completely melts and flour is well coated with chocolate
Add in nuts and mix well. Switch off
Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes
Generously grease palms with ghee and gently shape mixture to ladoos. Use one hand and fist mixture 5-6 times to shape it
In case you are unable to shape only then add little melted ghee to mixture and mix
Allow Laddos to cool completely and store it in airtight container
