Combine all the ingredients for a dough in a bowl and knead into soft and pilable dough using enough water.
Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Knead again using 1/4tsp of oil till the dough is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each onto thin circle of approx 8-10" diameter.
Heat a tawa and cook each roti lightly on a medium flame and keep aside.
For Stuffing:- Heat the oil in a kadhai add palak paste and saute.
Add all remaining ingredients and saute on a medium flame for another minutes.
Place roti on the tava and place the stuffing on one end of the roti spread it lightly and roll it up tightly.
Seal the edges with maida paste and shape as a spring rolls.
Deep fry rolls in heat oil .
Cut in three slice and serve with schezuan sauce.
