Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • For Dough:- 1 cup maida


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1/4tsp baking powder and salt


  • For Stuffing:- 1/2cup boiled palak paste


  • 1/2cup paneer grated


  • 1tsp red chilli powder and black pepper powder


  • 1/2tsp salt to taste


  • 1tbsp oil


  • 1/4cup maida paste

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients for a dough in a bowl and knead into soft and pilable dough using enough water.
  • Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Knead again using 1/4tsp of oil till the dough is smooth and elastic.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each onto thin circle of approx 8-10" diameter.
  • Heat a tawa and cook each roti lightly on a medium flame and keep aside.
  • For Stuffing:- Heat the oil in a kadhai add palak paste and saute.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and saute on a medium flame for another minutes.
  • Place roti on the tava and place the stuffing on one end of the roti spread it lightly and roll it up tightly.
  • Seal the edges with maida paste and shape as a spring rolls.
  • Deep fry rolls in heat oil .
  • Cut in three slice and serve with schezuan sauce.
