Heat a Kadai pour the oats, fry for 2 mins and then keep it aside.
Take another pan heat water, then add condensed milk, chopped walnut, Cashew nuts, melted dark chocolate and stir it.
Then add sliced dryfruits, water melon seeds, fried oats and mix it.
Cool for 3 mins then add cocoa powder and mix it
Take a greased pan and cover the base with cocoa powder. Then sprinkle some melon seeds, then pour the brownie mixer in the pan and flatten the entire mixture. After that you may cut it in your desired choices.
