Mint is a great appetizer or palate cleanser, and it promotes digestion. It also soothes stomachs in cases of indigestion or inflammation.

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3/4 cups mint


  • 2 tbsp roasted jeera


  • 1 1/2 tbsp jaljeera


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1/4 cups tamarind


  • 1 piece ginger


  • 1/2 tsp rock salt as per taste


  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions

  • Firstly boil tamarind in 1 cup water for 5 mins. & let it cool.
  • Now put all the ings in a mixer jar n grind till u get a fine paste
  • Now add 3_4 glasses of water in the paste n strain twice.
