mint and tamarind appetizer
Mint is a great appetizer or palate cleanser, and it promotes digestion. It also soothes stomachs in cases of indigestion or inflammation.

3/4 cups mint
2 tbsp roasted jeera
1 1/2 tbsp jaljeera
1 tsp chat masala
1/4 cups tamarind
1 piece ginger
1/2 tsp rock salt as per taste
1 tbsp sugar
Directions
Firstly boil tamarind in 1 cup water for 5 mins. & let it cool.
Now put all the ings in a mixer jar n grind till u get a fine paste
Now add 3_4 glasses of water in the paste n strain twice.
