Firstly wash dry and cut the bhindis
Cut potatoes in 1/2 moon shape.
Now heat oil in a kahdai and fry potatoes on low flame for 3_4 mins .
Now add the bhindis put salt and mux well.
Let it fry in low flame till they are tender.
Keep stirring in between.
Now strain out the excess oil and add the spices mix well ssute ut nicely for 3_4 o low flame.
Serve hot with chappati
