Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms bhindi


  • 2 nos potatoes


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp dhania powder


  • 2 tsp amchur powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Firstly wash dry and cut the bhindis
  • Cut potatoes in 1/2 moon shape.
  • Now heat oil in a kahdai and fry potatoes on low flame for 3_4 mins .
  • Now add the bhindis put salt and mux well.
  • Let it fry in low flame till they are tender.
  • Keep stirring in between.
  • Now strain out the excess oil and add the spices mix well ssute ut nicely for 3_4 o low flame.
  • Serve hot with chappati
