Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Boiled chickpeas - 1 cup


  • Suji/Semolina/Rava - 1/2 cup


  • Curd - 1 cup


  • Salt to taste or 1 teaspoon


  • FOR STUFFING - Crushed Paneer - 1 cup


  • Chopped vegetables - 1 cup (onion, tomato, capsicum, green chillies, coriander and spinach)


  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Salt to taste or 1/2 teaspoon


  • Amchur powder/ Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon


  • Oil - 4 tablespoons

Directions

  • Grind chickpeas using curd and mix suji and salt. Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
  • Mix all the ingredients for stuffing.
  • Put a nonstick pan on the stove. When the pan is heated, put some butter. Spread 3 tablespoons of the mixture to make a dosa. Spread some stuffing and cook using oil until dosa becomes golden in color. Fold the dosa from both the sides.
  • Delicious Stuffed Chickpeas Dosa is ready to be served with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
