Chopped vegetables - 1 cup (onion, tomato, capsicum, green chillies, coriander and spinach)
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste or 1/2 teaspoon
Amchur powder/ Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 4 tablespoons
Directions
Grind chickpeas using curd and mix suji and salt. Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients for stuffing.
Put a nonstick pan on the stove. When the pan is heated, put some butter. Spread 3 tablespoons of the mixture to make a dosa. Spread some stuffing and cook using oil until dosa becomes golden in color. Fold the dosa from both the sides.
Delicious Stuffed Chickpeas Dosa is ready to be served with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
