Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch or 4 cups chopped Spinach (Palak) 200 grm Paneer (cubed) 1-2 Green Chillies, seeded and chopped 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds, 1 large Onion, finely chopped /paste 2 tomato finely chopped or paste 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoons Fresh Cream 1/3 cup Water 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Butter Salt to taste

Directions

  • Clean and wash spinach in water to remove any soil or impurities. To blanch the spinach, boil it in salted water for 2 minutes.
  • Heat oil in pan nd fry paneer cubes untill golden brown
  • After paneer remove from oil put cumin ginger garlic nd onion paste cook untill gets pinkish brown add salt garam masala red chilly coriender powder stir well.
  • Now add tomato puree nd stir fry ovr medium heat
  • Add spinach nd soute fr 2 min.
  • Now add paneer cubes nd mix lightly untill it mix completely with palak gravy pour aome cream or butter mix well nd serve hot
