  • 1 large bunch or 4 cups chopped Spinach (Palak) 200 grm Paneer (cubed) 1-2 Green Chillies, seeded and chopped 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds, 1 large Onion, finely chopped /paste 2 tomato finely chopped or paste 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoons Fresh Cream 1/3 cup Water 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Butter Salt to taste

    Clean and wash spinach in water to remove any soil or impurities. To blanch the spinach, boil it in salted water for 2 minutes.

    Heat oil in pan nd fry paneer cubes untill golden brown

  • 03

    After paneer remove from oil put cumin ginger garlic nd onion paste cook untill gets pinkish brown add salt garam masala red chilly coriender powder stir well.

    Now add tomato puree nd stir fry ovr medium heat

    Add spinach nd soute fr 2 min.

    Now add paneer cubes nd mix lightly untill it mix completely with palak gravy pour aome cream or butter mix well nd serve hot
