Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 Cup Pasta

  • 1/2 Cup Milk

  • 2 Tsp Ghee

  • 3-4 Tsp Cocoa Powder

  • 5 Tbsp Sugar

  • 2 Tbsp Condensed Milk

Directions

    1. Heat ghee and add milk. Allow it to boil

  • 02

    2. Pressure cook pasta for 2 whistles

  • 03

    3. Add a pinch of salt to milk for increased sweetness

  • 04

    4. Then add the cooked pasta to the milk mixture and keep it in low flame for 5-10 mins

  • 05

    5. Decorate it with pista & diary milk and the melting chocolate pasta is ready to eat.
