Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Urad dal 1 cup

  • Onion 1/2

  • Green chilli 1

  • Coriander leaf chopped 5 tsp

  • Curd 1 cup

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Suger 2 pinch or more as per ur wish

  • Chat masala 1/4 tsp

  • Sev 1/2 for topping

  • Pepper 1 pinch

  • Hing 1 pinch

Directions

    Sock urad dal 4 hours and grind it.

    Add in that salt, onion, green chilli, coriander leaf mix well

  • 03

    Heat oil in pan and fry vada keeo aside.

    Take bowl of curd mix suger, salt, hing, pepper, chat masala mix in that.

    Add vada in tat. Soak it in atlest half an hour. Garnish with sev and coriander leaf.

    Ready to taste
