Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 bunch Palak (cut n chopped)


  • 1 large potatoes (cut into small pieces)


  • 200gm mushrooms (peeled n cut into halves)


  • 2 Capsicums (cut into cubes)


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 2 medium size tomatoes finely chopped


  • 2 green chilies finely chopped


  • 6 nos garlic pods finely chopped


  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds


  • Salt as required


  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder


  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder


  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil for deep fry

Directions

  • Heat oil in deep wok fry potatoes and transfer it in absorbing paper.
  • Fry capsicum and mushrooms seperate n transfer it in plate.
  • Heat oil in deep kadai splutter cumin seeds. Add garlic n cook till it brown.
  • Add onion, green chilies n cook till onion transparent or pink.
  • Add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and turmeric powder. Mix it n add tomatoes cook till oil starts floating on all over masala.
  • Add palak mix, cover the lid  and cook it on high flame till it remain half.
  • Add fried (capsicum, mushrooms and potatoes) and salt, mix it well gently n cook till sabzi get dry.
  • Serve hot with roti chapati.
