Spinach Capsicim Mushrooms Potato Sabzi

Serves 3

  • 1 bunch Palak (cut n chopped)

  • 1 large potatoes (cut into small pieces)

  • 200gm mushrooms (peeled n cut into halves)

  • 2 Capsicums (cut into cubes)

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 2 medium size tomatoes finely chopped

  • 2 green chilies finely chopped

  • 6 nos garlic pods finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • Salt as required

  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder

  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil for deep fry

    Heat oil in deep wok fry potatoes and transfer it in absorbing paper.

    Fry capsicum and mushrooms seperate n transfer it in plate.

    Heat oil in deep kadai splutter cumin seeds. Add garlic n cook till it brown.

    Add onion, green chilies n cook till onion transparent or pink.

    Add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and turmeric powder. Mix it n add tomatoes cook till oil starts floating on all over masala.

    Add palak mix, cover the lid  and cook it on high flame till it remain half.

    Add fried (capsicum, mushrooms and potatoes) and salt, mix it well gently n cook till sabzi get dry.

    Serve hot with roti chapati.
