2 cup bhujia sev
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup gramflour
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp oil
1 tsp carrom seeds
Salt to taste 1 tsp
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 grated garlic
Directions
Grind 1 cup bhujia and whisk in the flour and all spices and garlic. Knead a soft dough and keep it aside.
Roll a roti and stuff in some bhujia sev and pack and roll it in a paratha
