Ingredients

  • 2 cup bhujia sev


  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup gramflour


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp carrom seeds


  • Salt to taste 1 tsp


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 grated garlic

Directions

  • Grind 1 cup bhujia and whisk in the flour and all spices and garlic. Knead a soft dough and keep it aside.
  • Roll a roti and stuff in some bhujia sev and pack and roll it in a paratha
