Neer dosa (leftover) - 4
FOR STUFFING :Boiled potatoes/ aloo - 2
Mustard seeds/ raai - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric/ haldi powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili/ lal mirch powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Dal masala - 1 teaspoon
Dry mango/ amchur powder - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour/ maida - 1 teaspoon
Salt/ namak to taste or 1/2 teaspoon
Oil/ tel - 1 tablespoon
STUFFING : Heat oil and add mustard seeds. Once it splutters, add mashed potatoes and all spices. Mx it until all the ingredients are blended well. Make 4 rolls out of this stuffing and keep it aside.
Make a batter with maida and 1 tablespoon of water.
Take 1 neer dosa and put potatoes stuffing in it and roll it (like spring roll) and fix the edges with maida batter.
Put all roll on greased baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes on 180 degree C until they become crispy and light golden in colour.
Take it into a serving plate. Serve it with coconut chutney or any other chutney of your choice.
