Wash and soak dosa rice and methi seeds for minimum 4 hours.
Drain the water and grind smoothly in mixer by adding sufficient water and salt to taste.
Batter will become fluffy and smooth.
Transfer the batter into a container and allow it to ferment over night.
In the morning batter would have raised, mix well by using a laddle.
Add water if required.
Heat a tawa, grease with oil.
Pour a laddle full of batter, let it thick for soft.
Cover and cook on medium flame for 3 minutes.
Drizzle some oil, flip and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove and serve super soft and healthy fenugreek or methi dosa with chutney or payasam.
