  • millet rice (samai) 1 cup

  • Curd 1//2 cup

  • Salt 3/4 tsp as per taste

  • Cumin powder 1 pinch

  • Hing 2 pinch

  • Pepper 1 pinch

  • Ginger 1 small pices paste

Directions

  • 01

    Wash rice and cook in presser pan with a cup of water

  • 02

    After it cooked add curd, ginger paste, hing, cumin,pepper and salt

  • 03

    Mix all well taste with pickel.
