Sift All dry ingredients together
mix milk and vinegar together and keep aside for 10 minutes
in a mixing bowl mix sugar and butter and Beat
now add milk and vinegar mixture
now slowly fold in Dry ingredients into wet ingredients
mix dry ingredients gradually so that lumps are not formed
if the mixture is too hard hard and warm water gradually spoon by spoon to adjust the consistency
now both is batter into the baking tin
Bake the mixture on 180 degree Celsius for 25 to 30 mins
once cake is baked cool it for 6 to 7 hours before icing
now for icing keep ready all the ingredients
cut the cake into two parts from the centre
Soak sponges with sugar syrup
mix half of ganache and whipped cream together and fold to make mousse
apply on base layer of the cake
Pour some ganache about 2 to 3 tablespoon
stick some choco chips on sides and enjoyy
repeat the process
Now cover cake with Chocolate Mousse
over the remaining ganache on the top of the cake
decorate with mousse filled in piping bag and gems
Cool for sometime and enjoyy
