Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup flour


  • 1.5 cup butter


  • 1/2 cup sugar


  • 3 egg


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1/8 tsp baking powder


  • 2 tbsp coco powder


  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • 1.1/4 cup dark choclate


  • 1/2 cup whip cream


  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions

  • Sieve all dry ingredients
  • Cream half butter and sugar with beater
  • Whisk one egg and add vanilla
  • Now add egg in butter and beat
  • Then add dry ingredients in wet
  • And make dough with hands
  • Take two parchment paper sheets
  • Take one sheet and put dough on it
  • Cover with other sheet and roll down thinly
  • Make strips upon it diagonly
  • And cut in desired shape
  • For every sandwitch we need two cookies
  • Bake them at 180 degree for 10 min.
  • Let them cool
  • Preheat ovan for terrine
  • Chop choclate
  • Add butter and melt on double boiler
  • Stir it continiously
  • When it melt add 2 eggs one by one
  • Then add cream and give a mix
  • Pour it in silicon mould
  • Take baking tray add water in it
  • Keep mould in tray and bake for 30 min.at 160 degree
  • Then let it cool and keep in freeze for at least 2 hours or more
  • Then cut terrine in small then cookies size
  • Add it on one cookie
  • Cover with other and make sandwitch
