Sieve all dry ingredients
Cream half butter and sugar with beater
Whisk one egg and add vanilla
Now add egg in butter and beat
Then add dry ingredients in wet
And make dough with hands
Take two parchment paper sheets
Take one sheet and put dough on it
Cover with other sheet and roll down thinly
Make strips upon it diagonly
And cut in desired shape
For every sandwitch we need two cookies
Bake them at 180 degree for 10 min.
Let them cool
Preheat ovan for terrine
Chop choclate
Add butter and melt on double boiler
Stir it continiously
When it melt add 2 eggs one by one
Then add cream and give a mix
Pour it in silicon mould
Take baking tray add water in it
Keep mould in tray and bake for 30 min.at 160 degree
Then let it cool and keep in freeze for at least 2 hours or more
Then cut terrine in small then cookies size
Add it on one cookie
Cover with other and make sandwitch
