Ingredients

  • 2 cup vafla flour

  • 1/2 cup ghram flour

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1 tbs salt

  • 1/2 tbs soda

Directions

    in a pot mix all ingredients expect ghee

  • 02

    make soft doughwith luck warm water

  • 03

    cover and rest this dough for 10 min

  • 04

    Now make medium size vafla from dough

  • 05

    put 2 ltr water for boiling, when it become start boiling add ready vaflas

  • 06

    after 15 min all vaflas get boil and coming up on suface of water, remove these vafla and rest it for 5 min

  • 07

    now bake these ready vaflas on 200 dc for 10 min

  • 08

    dip in hot ghee and serve hot
