Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup vafla flour


  • 1/2 cup ghram flour


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 1 tbs salt


  • 1/2 tbs soda

Directions

  • in a pot mix all ingredients expect ghee
  • make soft doughwith luck warm water
  • cover and rest this dough for 10 min
  • Now make medium size vafla from dough
  • put 2 ltr water for boiling, when it become start boiling add ready vaflas
  • after 15 min all vaflas get boil and coming up on suface of water, remove these vafla and rest it for 5 min
  • now bake these ready vaflas on 200 dc for 10 min
  • dip in hot ghee and serve hot
