Take a bowl add all dough ing. and make a soft dough with adding very little water.
Take rest the dough for half an hour
Take a pan add oil when oil gets hot add jeera when splutter than add garlic ,onion cook till translucent
Now add tomato and add salt ,haldi, green chillies cook while oil comes out
Now add crumbled or grated paneer mix add garam masala, coriander leaves. off the gas and let it cool.
Tandoori masala:-take a bowl add all Tandoori masala ing. mix and keep aside.
Method of assembling:- make the two parts of dough and roll the one ball with rolling pin make a 1/2"thick chapati and cut with any round cutter.
Fill paneer filling into every round and seal it nicely with help of water
Preheat oven 180degree
Make all filled bombs, apply tandoori masala on around the bombs
Grease oven tray and arrange the balls put it in oven and bake 20-25 min.
When bombs look golden color than remove from oven and serve hot with green chutney
