Pressure cook the dal by adding turmeric and salt .
Now take some oil in a cooker add bottle gourd cut in thick long size, chopped onions ,red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste , sone salt, tomatoes ,
Add 1/2 cup of water and pressure cook for 3 whistles
Now mix the dal with bottle gourd gravy and add water according to your wish.
Add curry leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves, and tamarind paste
Cook till there is no smell of tamarind. When you get your desired consistency add garam masala
Spicy Dalcha is ready.
