Pressure cook mutton by adding salt, red chilli powder, ginger garluc paste, turmeric, cloves, cardamon powder, cinnamon,Chana dal , black cumin seeds
To it add 1 tbspn of oil and 1 cup of water
Pressure cook till 4-5 whistles or till the mutton gets tender
Cook till water is absorbed completely. Allow the mixture of mutton to cool down completely.
Blend the mixture of mutton to fine paste and make sure you dont add water to it.
Keep it in refrigerator for half an hour and later make round shapes and flatten it.
Heat the tawa . Add 3 tbspn of oil . Shallow fry till golden brown color appears on the bottom side of kababs
Smear oil over the top of the kababs and flip them.
Serve it with Dal and Rice
