Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 500 gms mutton


  • 4 tbspn Chana dal


  • 4 green chillies


  • 2 tbspn Coriander leaves


  • 1 tbspn mint leaves


  • 1 tspn Salt


  • 1 tbspn red chilli powder


  • 2 tspn ginger garlic paste


  • 2 Cinnamon sticks


  • 1 tspn Cardamon powder


  • 5-6 cloves


  • 1/2 tspn black cumin seeds


  • 1/2 cup oil


  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder

Directions

  • Pressure cook mutton by adding salt, red chilli powder, ginger garluc paste, turmeric, cloves, cardamon powder, cinnamon,Chana dal , black cumin seeds
  • To it add 1 tbspn of oil and 1 cup of water
  • Pressure cook till 4-5 whistles or till the mutton gets tender
  • Cook till water is absorbed completely. Allow the mixture of mutton to cool down completely.
  • Blend the mixture of mutton to fine paste and make sure you dont add water to it.
  • Keep it in refrigerator for half an hour and later make round shapes and flatten it.
  • Heat the tawa . Add 3 tbspn of oil . Shallow fry till golden brown color appears on the bottom side of kababs
  • Smear oil over the top of the kababs and flip them.
  • Serve it with Dal and Rice
