Kesar milk Mixture - In a small bowl take ¼ cup warm milk. Add kesar or saffron strands. Mix well.
Heat pan. Add semolina or sooji. Dry roast on low flame till it gets golden brown color. It will take 8-10 minutes.
Add Ghee. Mix well.
Add sliced, mashed banana and cardamom powder. Mix well
Add warm milk and kesar milk mixture and condensed milk. Mix well until combined.
Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Switch off the flame.
Add finely chopped raisins. Mix well. Sheera or Halwa is ready.
