Bread Vegetable Cutlets

Crushed Bread - 1 Cup Chopped onion - 1 Cup Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 Cup Grated ginger - 1 inch piece Green chilli - 1 chopped Red chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon or as per taste Salt - as per taste Garam masala- 1/2 Teaspoon Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat masala - 1/2 Teaspoon Rice Flour - 1/4 Cup Oil - as required
Take a bowl and add crushed bread, chopped onion, chopped coriander, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, rice flour.
Mix well all together. Add 2 tablespoon of water and mix well. It should be dough like consistency. Grease a flat surface pan with oil.
Spread the mixture evenly. Pat it with a spatula. Cut it into small squares.
Now, heat a tawa or pan. Take out the squares/tikki on a plate.
Roast the tikki on a medium-low flame. Cook the tikki from both side by applying some oil until crisp and brown.When done transfer to a serving plate. Instant Recipe' is ready to be served with a chutney of your choice.
