Ingredients

  • Paneer 1 bowl

  • 2 chopped onion

  • 2 tomato paste

  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 spoon butter

  • 1 spoon cashew paste

  • 1 -2 elachi

  • 1 tbsp paneer masala

  • 1 spoon oil

  • 1 tbsp dhania powder

  • 1 tsp jeera powder

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 spoon fresh coriander

  • 2-3 green chilli

Directions

    Take a pan add butter now shallow fry paneer cubes until paneer become golden brown and keep aside.

    In same pan roast onion ,green chilli n elachi saute for few minutes.

    Now add tomato paste n fry it gor 4-5min ,let it completely cool n make smooth paste.

    Take pan add oil let it heat now add ginger garlic paste n puree let it saute for 2-3 min .

    Now add cashew paste,paneer masala,cumin powder n salt saute it now add 1 cup water.

    Let it boil for 1 min now add paneer n butter . Garnish with fresh Coriander and grated paneer .
